Heart without borders! »
What my eyes observe and what I see with my heart - I create something unique with all the available materials of art. In doing so, I don't commit to art styles, tools or particular colours. I create works that are influenced by current world issues, history or simply by impulse.
They should motivate to think, be interpreted freely and simply please.
Interview
For me this is not a profession, but my vocation and my life, since childhood.
As a child with many ethnic roots - Croatian, Serbian, German and Jewish - my own experiences and those of my family shaped my worldview. The injustice done to me and my family, the destitution and loss I lived through, all this never let me give up hope and my way of life.
I express my impressions, experiences and feelings about myself and all the people of this world on canvas. "I'm the armed artist" - because the freedom of art and cultures must be protected and defended.
Emotions, being a mirror of society, sometimes impossible to describe with words. In my abstract paintings I combine the controversies of society and leave the interpretation to the viewer. Depending on the daylight, different images appear, reflecting the complexity of my work and my life.
There are no guidelines or restrictions in my art, because I use all available materials and combine them. Whether acrylic, spray or varnish, everything can be found in my paintings. Especially my hand-drawn elements and trademarks, like the kissing mouth, the circles, the gun and many more you will find in my artwork. I love to combine different sources of inspirations and play with factor light.
«I’m the armed artist, to protect the freedom of human being and art!»
